A crew member can access company-linked Marmin account on their mobile devices and issue QR code-enabled simplified invoices. Example – Bottled drinking water distribution crew can give coupon booklet and immediately issue QR-enabled B2C invoices.

Third-Party Invoicing

A third party may issue tax invoices for taxable supplies provided by a taxable supplier to their customer by following the specified procedure. In this case, the third party issues the invoice on behalf of the Taxable Supplier. In most circumstances, the third party will not be involved in the underlying supply of goods or services.

However, Marmin has a feature allowing a third party to be a team member and issue invoices on behalf of the supplier. Adopting this method, a taxable supplier can get visibility on the process and invoices raised by a third party, efficiently synchronizing teams involved in the process.

Traders

In addition to creating compliant electronic invoices, Marmin allows functions such as receiving orders and sending quotations. Traders can request customers and fellow traders to orders goods on the Marmin platform, leading to order consolidation.
